What you're looking for is clear resin - unfortunately as resin setting is a chemical reaction, most resins give off heat to some degree (some more than others so might be able to get away with it) - if you want to cast something in clear resin you will need a more durable mould

Silicone rubber molds will be the easiest method.

Instant mold will cause some.. Very likely and ultimately annoying if it comes out wrong, because you'll need to keep wasting the resin and remaking the mold until you get it perfect.

No glue from those things will ever set clearly.

Like I said, RTV silicone and clear resin will be the best method if you are actually serious about making cloaked Predators.
