I'm more of a roleplayer than a miniatures gamer (i.e. skirmish or war games). I've played a lot of D&D in my time, all editions from the Red Basic Set onwards (showing my age now), but like a wide range of RPGs.
Current gaming faves include:
RPGs: D&D (various but esp. 2ED), Iron Kingdoms, Runequest, Marvel Heroic roleplaying
Board Games: King of Toyko, Merchants & Marauders, Battlestar Galatica and many many more (i.e. buggered if i can remember them right now).
I've just encountered Carnevale and find that quite intriguing. I mean magic, Venice and the Innsmouth Cthulhu look. What more goodness could a gnome want?

~The ravings of a single mad Goblin is bad enough, but such a power-hungry, malice-filled creature as Mortis can never hope to be understood~
