I saw it yesterday, Did anyone of us already see it?
I'd wish to list a certain number of disapprovals (and curses) without any spoilers.

Go ahead, I haven't seen the film yet, but I'm sure we've read the book here, so they'll be no real spoilers

Ok, let's begin!
1. A looooooong journey. Three movies... THREE!!! Each movie is three hours long! So the entire saga will be NINE hours long?!? Nine hours for a book of 300 pages (with the pictures...)? During the movie you can perceive that, some scenes are too long, and meanwhile you see the movie you know that the motivation of these long scenes is: "Fill the three hours". Oh! I nearly forgot! This movie ends exactly in the middle of the book. The movie is exactly one half of the book... so... we will see a quarter of the book in the second movie and the last quarter in the third?!? 2. Azog?!? The language of the Cinema is different than the wrote language. Different language, different time, different kind of dialogues... I understand that, I studied a little bit of Cinema techniques some time ago and I can confirm that. In the Lord of the Rings movie there are a lot of minor changes and omissions, but these changes are very marginal and quite compulsory to adapt the books to the language of the Cinema. In The Hobbit first movie some changes can't be explained... or better: some changes does exist to make the movie longer (see point. 1). Tolkien said that Azog, the orc of Moria, killed Thròr (grandpa of Thorin), and Dain II killed Azog to revenge Thròr. In the movie Azog is alive and become the recurring villain... WHYYYYY!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! Tolkien said that after the arrival of Smaug, the dwarfs choose to withdraw (obviously). In the movie the dwarfs can't take Erebor soon after the arrival of Smaug because the Elves betray them... NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! NEIN!!! 3. Radagast The main flaw. Radagast... oh my... I mean seriously? I don't criticize his presence, in a movie I said some changes are good, in a movie you must do some changes... but... oh my... when you will see the movie guys, you will understand. Awkward. 4. D D D Maybe when in the last movie when Smaug begin to do something, the 3D will got a reason for being. By the way, if I could rate it, with a mixture of subjectivity and objectivity: 7/10. (The fellowship of the Ring is 9/10 IMO)

Yes, but in the movie seems that this is the reason of the hatred between each other... and that's not the true, in the book this is a very very marginal event, in fact the dwarfs have no problem in Rivendell. In which note Tolkien wrote that Radagast has a funny hat, senile dementia, shit on his face and a sledge drawn by rabbits? Oh yes, I really enjoyed the movie too! I think it's a very good movie, I'm sure I will re-watch it again in the future, but it wasn't perfect, and I feel that the main reason is because it's too long.
