I read in WD that SH 3rd is using the SH 1st rule, which to me indicates that GW just didn’t want to go to the bother of making the special dice used in SH 2nd
It’s a nice set but I don’t think I’ll be shelling out the better part of £60 for it. I can easily convert the bucket-loads of Genestealers I already have to stand on bits of bulkhead. The new C.A.T and the dead Terminator on a throne are awesome, but the rest of the SM don’t interest me too much.
The new SH just yet another cash in from the only company in Britain that is still razing it’s prices during an apparent recession. Anyone reading this a few months from now, who is still looking to get in on some SH type action after the limited run has sold out, might want to check out the DooM board game by Fantasy Flight Games.
