Some more player characters!

Ok so i painted these a little while back but have so far not posted their pic's. To rectify this here are some more of my player characters...

...at the risk of sounding repeatative they are Reaper Mini's...(I do buy other stuff too, I swear!)

The first is a Black Legionnaire sculpted by Sandra Garrity. He was purchased and painted with my partner Pete in mind as he had never painted or played Heroquest before and wanted to join in.

Next in line is my own female dwarf character, Elsa. She's another sculpt by Werner Klocke and is one of the the prettiest female dwarfs I've seen.

As promised in my last post (Elf Knight) here is my (chainmail bikini clad) female barbarian. I loved her the moment I saw her and just had to own her. Again by Reaper, sculpted by Dennis Mize this time.

I'm loving the dwarf.
The grass bases on the other two are very cool.
Nice work on the tabbard (cloth coat thing which I used to know the name of) on the leggionnaire.

Reaper does provide excellent minis. Especially for characters for RPGs and stuff that does not involve any official GW tournament rules. :)

The dwarf lady was awesome! I might have to buy one myself.

Am I the only one who thinks female minis are more fun to paint than male minis?

Maybe I've been single for too long...

Cheers guys, thanks for the kind comments.

I find the female mini's more interesting too as I'm more likely to play those (being a female too!) The males I paint are very often for other people or for the I-Kore elven warband that I'm in the process of painting up. There will be pics when enough of those are done!

Ok, Im sold on the barbarian fighter, I can picture her alongside Thrud the Barbarian knocking down orcs or ale with gusto :)
