So, which edition for you?

Swiftblade
2nd edition is the only decent edition, discuss.

I prefer the revised and streamlined rules of 3rd but I've always been fond of 2nd edition's moulded polystyrene pitch, although I'd be weary of actually playing on it for fear of damaging it ...

I have 2 pitches, I can tell you that they do not damage easily.

I thought 3rd edition was just awful. "Oh, I rolled badly, no-one else in my team can do anything...." Um, what?

While the Turn Over mechanic is rather irritating it dose speed up game play and forces you think more strategically about what order you move your players in

Its hard to explain, I just need games to feel right, and that mechanic just feels wrong.

Have 1st edition ordered, not played that for so long I can barely remember the mechanics. Only thing I can really remember if the "Thrud" rules, which are just awesome.
