Warm Greetings to all fellow gamers.

Great site.    Fantastic work from Mortis et al.  Really impressed with Talion78's recent tile work.  Been lurking around for ages - snaffling up this or that bit of graphical treasure -- so thought it was long overdue to sign up formally and express thanks and admiration for the brilliance, talent and generosity of so many kind folk in sharing their creations here.

Can't even begin to come close to any of these offerings, but hope to made the odd useful contribution as time goes by.

My main interests here are HQ, AHQ and WQ...  Dungeon Crawling in general.  Roleplay light.  I'm a sucker for Dungeon Dressing.   Big on (semi) randomly generated dungeons, and card play helping out with much of the heavy lifting of GMing/Refereeing/DMing.   Like many of you, I'm constantly trying to bootmash all the best bits from those tabletoppy/boardgamey versions to create one game to rule them all.

GW opened up its first store just round the corner from where I schooled in the UK - in the late 70s; back when it was being run on a daily basis by Ian L and Steve J, and us kids were in there every lunchtime and afternoon, and weekends...   So...  I guess me and fantasy gaming go back thirty-five years or so.  Times have changed since the early days of GW -- back when White Dwarf was something a bit more than just a gorgeously produced product catalogue, (aka Miniature Porn) when things like Traveller, etc., used to get covered -- but I'm still a subscriber, and admire a lot of their work -- if not their pricelists, or their punitive attitude towards perceived IPC infringements -- the Great BGG File Purge, etc.  

Anyroad -- that's more than enough about me.  Once again -- thanks to all contributors here for their gaming inspiration.

As someone once said...   "I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve..."
