Its a metal skin over the top of a ex-British army FV432. Quite cool, I think it made an appearance at one UK Gamesday. Seems the old 432 is being used a lot these days, best use I've seen was the one converted to look like a German StuG III for band of brothers:

Oh man I was so happy when I first saw that in White Dwarf. It was a nice pile of scrap when I first saw the WIP pictures. :3
