I always feel I should have more to say about your miniatures - I love the old stuff, but there's only so many times I can point out "look everyone, that's old", but I want to find a way to kick start those old long conversations we used to have over DeviantArt in the pre-history of the forum
So here's a couple of picture of my Hop-splat Gun from the RT era
I also have the original War-Track that pulled this around the battle field although I haven't yet gotten round to painting it and there's a few more RT orks kicking around here somewhere too

I never saw the Hop-Splat in action.
Was it any good?
I remember that ork weaponry became increasingly high-powered and increasingly erratic during the later years of the RT-era.
The Waaaagh-books had some wild and whacky stuff. Remember those cards you could use for malfunctions and repairs that could cause special effects of various kinds?
Not always easy to use but always amusing and creative.
