im sorry to keep banging on about this but the hydra system is just so versatile. i think it is because it can be mounted on so many different things.

anyway, here is the finished DROPS hydra enplacment- all painted up and shit.
it uses the warhammer regiment tray as a base, along with parts from the Aegis defence line kit here and the console from inside a Rhino.

there is actually one more Hydra mount option, but i dare not put any more up...

im quite pleased with it, but for the life of me i couldnt do a "swooshy radar" thing on the main panel... hurumph! if you remember the operator i made for it, he has been promoted to Sergeant and he has a plasma pistol- pics of him later

iv actually thought that this permanent position may be part of a chain of maybe three additional gun mounts on a Docimus platform, all four controlled by the one station with semi-auto targeting
