PROJECT: 306th "Deep Eyes" Surgical Operations Command

As ever with these high res pics, these look rough as bollocks, but they are just in need of a few touches here and there.

Master Sergeant Vivo Hein in command.

they reprisent my new (infantry) colour scheme, as I will be phasing out the old brown and green uniforms over the next few months.

there is a full squad of 5, with an option for a melta gunner, but iv not even basecoated him yet. the 5th trooper could not be here today due to disciplinary proceedings.

i plan to use them with my counts-as centaur, to use an an alpha strike unit to take out key enemy units and vehicles. they should technically be able to assault first turn. eat that whirlwind!

i have had some real mess-abouts with storm troopers over the years, what with trying this that and the other, but non looked right.

i think these look spot on- they are obvious Guardsmen, but with better armour. but the resin heads make them look a bit more intimidating

in game terms, they are very expensive. but i think if you have storm troopers to do a very specific task, and that alone, they do ok. then if they survive that, its all gravy.

unpainted???? UNPAINTED???? you cheeky cunt!

yeah, thats the colour. the knives (bayonettes) are there to sort of identify them as something "more" than a normal lasgun, as they are technically Hotshot lasguns, 18", 3 3 rapid fire
