I say this time and time again, but RT era Orks have a really nice feel to them that 40k lost over the years

Yeah, it may be my "nostalgia-glasses" who makes me see them in that light but although casting techniques have improved over the years, the sheer creative joy so evident in early minis seems to have dropped markedly.
To be fair, most older minis (orks in particular) were all fairly hunched over and sort of compact, obviously a side-effect of the previously mentioned casting techniques, so they did lack a bit of dynamism.
But all in all, I do prefer the older minis.
Also, the scale-slide annoys me. This mini, being an Ork Boss is about the size of a grot my modern standards.
