Ogre Mutant

An old Ogre Mutant in the colours of Khorne. This is the third time I painted it. Previously it had been in the liveries of both Nurgle and Tzeentch but neither choice pleased me much. The shield is obviously from a more recent chaos warrior, which is about the right size due to scale creep.

I'm actually repaining and re-basing some of my old beastmen.
The goal being a few pics of a Khornate warband posing for the camera.

And I'll probably write up some sort of background for them as well.
Old school Reams of Chaos was kind of unbalanced but it was great for coming up with inspiration.
