What do you see above is called a 'Scyphozoan' it's a new alien bug/jellyfish/thing from Ral Partha Europe.
Pretty much scaleless it could be used as an alien creature in your Sci-fi games or a weird monster in your Fantasy games at 28mm/30mm or as small as 15mm or even 10mm. The smaller the scale the more impressively large creature it will appear to be and of course it could be used at larger scales like 52mm as a smaller creature.
It could serve as an organic spaceship or aircraft in games like Drop Zone Commander or Battle Fleet Gothic.  

Tenuously linking to vehicles ... here are 2 new a variants Mantic are producing of their excellent Marauder Raptor vehicle





and of course the 2 can be combined!

Oh, wow!  I was not aware that you could combine the two kits.  That makes it much cooler and better in my opinion.  That's fun!  I like your space jellyfish.  Best wishes.

In regards to the jellyfish -
