Great stuff

I can't help but think you're heavily influenced by Billiam Babble's Ink Adventures

Duuuuuude, :D *bashfully embarrassed, but appreciating the support* ;) We all know that I steal all my best ideas from 1980s GW stuff - and Eric's coming from a similar place.  I think I may have mentioned this LatD to him because I know we have plenty of fans here of the older styles.

For the benefit of everyone here  and for the record I personally believe that Eric's work is slicker than mine and he certainly hybridises the strengths of using a computer with a hand drawn style - which means he's still one of a minority of genuine experimenters, whilst the rest are still fiddling with 3D renders and photographic textures.  And then there's a whole bunch of old school types who just draw to paper and scan.

Eric has managed to produce a selection of aesthetically consistent sets of tiles in a remarkably short period of time and I believe that the RPGers and (US/Canadian/UK English speaking ) OSR communities are still catching up.

He's been illustrating some of the new Advanced Fighting Fantasy books - I think(and lots of different things which are French) His figure and character portraits are just fab.

I previewed one of his earlier packs in my blog:
http://adventuresandshopping.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/old-school-dungeon-tiles-by-eric.html
(but the link to DriveThru isn't working - doesn't display products... )

Recently he released a cracking bundle of sets together.

Eric!  Why are none of my links working? ... I can't connect to your Old School Dungeons on RapideJDR or DTRPG?

Re: My tiles.

this is a prototype. I must see if I can make a production. The first set will understand around 197 tiles.
