i'm happy to leave it at 135 points so adding stuff doesnt matter I just want to know how they will play having only played them once (narowly beating Vox and his blasted Tau). Pls leave a comment and some advice/consructive critisism(can't spell it!).

Been a while since I've played or faced a lost and the damned army but your list seems sensible. You've got a fair amount of troops for the points you've spent and still have a few nasties (spawn are pretty good for their points as if I remember correctly). Only thing I'd question is having 3 aspiring champions and only 2 squads, can't remember if you can attach them to spawn and I'm pretty sure you can't attach them to the hounds, a single aspiring champion wandering around will probably do very little other than die.
