My first 5th ed game

Well guys
To start with i was using my 5th campany Ultra Marines.

I had a really great game and the new rules are not to bad.

I finally got round to playing a game with Steve the owner of the new gaming store Triple Helex.

I did fall foul to the newer sniper rules. going back to using the users BS is very pants.  only hitting on 4+. It,s a damn sniper rifle with all singing and dancing top of the range scopes it should have a minimum of at least adding +1BS bonus to the user as minimum.

I lost the battle fighting Chaos with A big sod off cool Nurgle demon and a very cool Nurgle defiler.

Best moment of my game was when my terms, teleported in and still bunched up openned fire with my 1 assault cannon getting all the 6s i needed to blow it to bits and in the same turn my New landraider cruisader blew up a rhiano killing off 3 nugle warriors.

As i said a great game.

I've not played 40k since RT days. Glad to hear of someone enjoying 5th!

Yes it would mate im gonna have to introduce my mrs to it soon. Prob September is more likely tobe honest got the family visiting in Aug, Il have to hide my Models.
