I can provide scans of the originals, do you need anything from the expansions?

Holy Moly! xD That brought a smile to my face, especially your dance-mat :D And those funny goblin faces on your wall haha! Great stuff! But please, properly close that HQ box, it hurts my eyes to see it like that

Mortis,
Just the characters would be great thanks. Sjeng, 2 dance mats, nothing like dancing to "Bad touch" with your wife :P And yeah, we have gargoyles all over our house, most of them hidden in nooks and crannies, love 'em. Sorry about the HQ box, but the pieces inside are bagged up, and the full bags are wider then the box, hence the lid sitting on top.

A few more games arrived (though not Space Hulk :( *sulks*).
Looking forward to trying battle for Armageddon with my wife (also came with Chaos attacks), I used to own the Judge Dredd game, but cannot recall whether it's good or not. The Dark World game I do recall owning (mum found this on a car boot stall, and bought it for 50p!). It's not dissimilar from HQ except there's only 1 mission! The 4 heroes compete to win, but the bad guy also has a chance. Doesn't look massively replayable, but might be worth a try.

You'll find scans of the 4 character cards from the base game Here Gotta say that made me yelp a little too, but I can sympathise, I've had to split the various components from my copies of HeroQuest between their boxes 1 full of cards and Hero Sheets, 1 full of boards, dungeon pieces and markers, 1 full of the doors and more dungeon bits and 1 full of the unpainted miniatures (the painted ones of course are in display cupboards and carry cases) - leaving the remaining (rather battered) box to be filled with the folded empty boxes from the expansions

It's only vaguely like HeroQuest, the game play is terrible and yes it has very little re-play value outside of re-playing the quests from each game box with the heroes from the others (there are 3 DW games) I bought the games 2nd hand a few years back mainly for the plastic dungeon components - a few of the miniatures are ok too. This was a game designed to look better than HeroQuest, but game play didn't come into consideration. The Legend of Zagor board game (based on the FF book for the same name and using a variation on the FF rules) is a similar (component wise) but much better game If you'd like to discuss DW or Legend of Zagor (or any other game) futher please start a thread in the appropriate section

Yeah, looks a little like that to me, but will let you know more once I've had a game. Having bought about 20 games in the last couple of weeks (with more on the way) I am going to take some time getting around to them all, will post reviews as we play them.
Yesterday was "Robo rally" which is a game I've owned for ages, but is utterly awesome and up to 8 player and can be played in teams. They liked it so much we're playing it next week as well, though that means new games will have to wait :( Today's arrival was "Space Crusade" with "Mission: Dreadnought" and some of "Eldar attacks" though not the playing pieces :( Not yet looked to see exactly what is missing, but it did say some bits were.

Thought I'd provide an update. Here's my Games Workshop board game collection (plus Dark Future, which doesn't have a box).
So, here's my revised shopping list:- Apocalypse (not to be confused with the expansion Warhammer 40,000 Apocalypse); Battlecars; Blood Royale; Doctor Who - The Game of Time and Space (1980); Hungry Troll and the Gobbos; Kings and Things; Oi! Dat's My Leg!; Quirks; Squelch!; Horus Heresy; Trolls in the Pantry; Talisman (1st and 3rd editions plus expansions); The Warlock of Firetop Mountain board game. Might also try and get hold of Adeptus Titanicus. I was hoping to gather it all, but unfortunately my budget has finally run out (and been exceeded :( ). So, will have to wait a while until I get some more spare cash, then carry on hunting. That and start scouring car boot sales and charity shops. If anyone is able to help, would really appreciate it :)
