Something I found at a show, turned out to be 1/35th and I decided to do it as Israeli.
Hope you like the pics.<nabble_img src="ht4.jpg" border="0"/<nabble_img src="ht5.jpg" border="0"/>

Nice Hover tank! The detailing on it is great, its the little details like the whip aerial that make this look so much more convincing. Who is the kit by? looks like something I could definitely use for inquisitor.

Thanx Rob,
The kit is from the gundam range, its part of a briefing set.
Its 1/35th scale so it could probably be used for standard 40K without too much trouble, but I'm afraid to say it looks like its out of production, there are a few out there on the net, but they're like hens teeth to find.

excellent work as always!
dispite this being a hover tank, your style still makes it feel like a real vehicle - some kind of experimental beach-landing craft maybe

Thanx Mortis,
I'm a strong believer in the idea that even if it is sci-fi or fantasy, it doesn't have to not look realistic.
It depends on the style of modelling you prefer, some go for stylistic other photographic, working in the military sphere I tend to do things the way I do because I'm used to them looking that way in real life.
Anyway Sci-fi vehicles are just ideas that haven't been realised yet.

I'll have to come over to Helix with Steve Spreadbury one night, it'd be good to meet up and swap tips.

Nope, sorry its not an imperial guard vehicle, but in several of the novels there are vehicles described that are described a bit like the pics.
