That is one interesting looking hybrid!  There was not enough love throughout the editions for hybrid genestealers and the original chaos cultists.  I'm mean the fallen little people of the Imperium, low on equipment, disposable foot soldiers, big on numbers, tainted, insane fanatics nibbling at the borders of civilised space... Throw a pile on the table and watch them soak up the hits!

I know, they're weird, unrefined sculpts... But they have grown on me over the years!!
I love the idea of these cheap horde armies where flicks of worthless peasants are hooded towards the guns of the for by their uncaring masters! You're right that these armies didn't ever get enough love over the years, but I think second edition probably achieved it better than most!!
