Games Britannia - 3. Joystick Generation

I mentioned this program before in another post and finally the show has been on TV and thus is now in BBC iPlayer!

The show is mostly about the transition between board games and computer games, but the first part makes a good mention of D&D and has a brief interview with Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson and explains the early history of Games Workshop.

The later part of the program features a interview with Peter Motherfucking Molyneux and shows some computer game classics like Carmageddon and Elite

Anyway I don’t know how long it will be up on BBC iPlayer so watch it while you can

I will definitely be checking this out!  (If iplayer prog is still in date) I tried to watch the preceding program but it sort of lost me.  TV clips regarding D&D and floor plans will be very validating for me. ;)
