I think I’ve let Mortis nag me long enough, time to actually post something…here is my newly painted Female Wraith miniature by the amazingly talented Werner Klocke at Reaper Miniatures.

I saw her on this website…http://www.miniaturefigurines.co.uk/Catalogue.aspx?ScaleID=4&CategoryID=21 and loved her. She is the only female wraith miniature I remember seeing.

She was lovely to put together and paint, came in two pieces (arms holding sword separate) went together with no need for pinning as very well made sockets in main body and almost no flash to file off. (Always appreciated!)

Her robe was done with codex grey, highlighted with fortress grey and then a 50/50 mix of these. The metal armour, of which she is wearing a lot of for a wraith, was done in boltgun metal and chainmail.

Thanks to Mort for the cool picture editing, must learn how to do that!

Excellent Cat, nice to see you posting some more of your painted minis at last!

From the look of the colour I think you must have used Shadow Grey and SpaceWolves Grey on the robe rather than Codex Grey and Fortress Grey, but great paint job as always!

Lets see some more of your minis up on the forum soon yea?
