Dark Elf help

I remember this guy was some sort of hero, but cannot place his name. Can anyone remember?

That's the leader from the 2001 Cold Ones Knights with a lance arm from a regular 2001 Cold One Knight (the original has a sword) mounted on a mid 90's Cold One (which is why it doesn't sit right)

it's not a special character, but you could field it as an 'un-named' hero to bulk up your points

I wouldn't go that far - mainly for fear that people would start scrambling to post pictures of miniatures for me to identify, while others attempt to find ones I don't know about ...
