Here's a PDF of some D&D dungeon tiles, as well as your normal 'dungeon décor' of statues, ruined pillars, pools, fountains, magic circles, ect - it also includes a small tavern and a building full of book cases which could be used as a wizard's study or library type building

Another very nice D&D tile set: Streets of Shadow. It has town streets, houses and a complete sewer system! But it's 46Mb big... So I can't upload it sadly...
More cool free stuff from D&D here: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mi/20041007b Be sure to check out the folded paper models: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fpm/archive Caverns of Icewind Dale: DN1_Caverns_of_Icewind_Dale.pdf The Wilderness: MS3_-_The_Wilderness.pdf If you would like to try your hand at searching for them yourself, here's a list I recently downloaded, all over 5MB: Dungeon Tiles Master Set 01: The Dungeon Dungeon Tiles: DN1 - Caverns of Icewind Dale [DN1] Dungeon Tiles: MS3 - The Wilderness Dungeon Tiles: The City Dungeon Tiles/DT0 - Dungeon Tiles - Chests & Doors.pdf [43KB] Dungeon Tiles/DT1 - Dungeon Tiles Set 1.pdf [13MB] Dungeon Tiles/DT2 - Dungeon Tiles Set 2 - Arcane Corridors.pdf [12MB] Dungeon Tiles/DT3 - Dungeon Tiles Set 3 - Hidden Crypts.pdf [9MB] Dungeon Tiles/DT4 - Dungeon Tiles Set 4 - Ruins of the Wild.pdf [17MB] Dungeon Tiles/DT5 - Dungeon Tiles Set 5 - Lost Caverns of the Underdark.pdf [10MB] Dungeon Tiles/DT6 - Dungeon Tiles Set 6 - Dire Tombs.pdf [12MB] Dungeon Tiles/DT7 - Dungeon Tiles Set 7 - Fane of the Forgotten Gods.pdf [11MB] Dungeon Tiles/DU1 - Halls of the Giant Kings.pdf [53MB] Dungeon Tiles/DU2 - Streets of Shadow.pdf [45MB] Dungeon Tiles/DU3 - Caves of Carnage.pdf [118MB] Dungeon Tiles/DU4 - Arcane Towers.pdf [49MB]

Just realised how flexible these are. This surprises me a little because I always feel that the pressure is on to make square tiles only because that's what most of the competitive products are atm - and the fact that large square tiles don't slide around as much. These are much more like the old Dungeon Floor Plans of yore. Hmm. Interesting.
