Cool, my old group had very similar houserules for smaller versions of Scorchers that were carried by Spanners back in the day. We converted them from the welding-gear type back-pack that came with one of the Spanner models, I'll see if I can dig one out and take a few pictures (if my late-90's paint job isn't too embarrassing)

Nice artwork BTW, I think I know the artist from Deviant Art.

While I think of it, I have 2 fonts I found a few years back that might be useful to you:

orky-1__.ttf
ork2.TTF

one is full of early 90's style Orky gliphz and the other is full of more contemporary Ork symbols. Enjoy!
