Andy Adamczak's 'Campaign Manager' (look over here D&D 3.5 Edition DM tools ) is a great tool to maintain a D&D 3.5 or a Pathfinder campaign. It has everything from weather generation, combat and time tracking, very detailed charactersheets, etc. It's got lots of ports to modify existing data an even build new databases. Needs .net 3.5 to work.

Awesome tip, it looks really great - trying to learn it now, hoping I could use some of it, even though Im not playing 3.4 right now.
