Thanks for your comments.
Present i am collecting figures and items for the game "Renegade" from White Dwarf # 145. The objects here are to be used as markers for that game. Since i own the game SC, i just need to paint the Librarians, Terminators and Genestealer hybrids, wich i have collected. The Genestealer hybrids will look much like the Genestealer, only with a knife and a bolter. (see picture, not finished.)

My first thought was to use a Chaos Space Marine. Any suggestions ?

Since he's a renegade Adeptus Mechanicus infused with Genestealer DNA I imagine him to look like a cross between a Tech-marine/tech-priest and a Genestealer Hybrid. A nice idea might be for him to have 4 arms - 2 normal human arms (holding the big gun), a servo-arm and a Genestealer claw arm

I personally would want to start with a bulky robed figure add some mechanical/bionic/cybernetic bits and finally add a Genestealer claw arm. I'd also want a fairly big gun with lots of extra technological details to represent his Heavy Bolter.

Necromundicon (IronHands.Com) has some great tech-priest and renegade tech-priest conversions that should inspire you
