Bought and painted these figs on a whim a couple of days ago, pretty pleased with them actually.


Some US Army GIs made by Caesar Miniatures (lovely sculpting imho).


Really like this BAR gunner for some reason. They've even bothered to give him the correct belt equipment which is a bonus.


Some German soldiers by Italeri. Poses are a lot more static but the plastic they're made of is a lot harder.

Very nice paintjob! Especially the BAR gunner.
I never get involved in historical hobby, but it always intrigued me!
Italeri is an Italian company, it's quite famous here, but I didn't believe that it was known in other countries!
+ Other planes lie beyond the reach Of normal sense and common roads But they are no less real Than what we see or touch or feel. +

Thanks, I'm quite pleased how much my painting has improved recently. Historical wargaming can be pretty fun, generally requires a lot more research than fantasy stuff but I enjoy that too.

Italeri seem pretty famous worldwide, some of their stuff is great but like all model companies they make a few bad models.
