2 Questions for you all here

1 - is anyone still up for those 1/72 fantasy games we discussed long ago (pre-TLatD)

2 - what Rule Set shall we use?

^ not my army, but an example of what could be done if I get off my arse

I'm still up for it as its going to be cheap as anything.

I'll stick a link to plastic soldier review on here as it has good pictures of a lot of historical 1/72 figures which will be useful to anyone wanting to do humans. I'm tempted to do vikings/anglosaxons, I mean men of Rohan, oh no I mean 'men of the plains'. ;)

I did start writing some very simple rules a while ago but I think I lost them when I reformatted my PC a while ago.

I did start writing some rules as well, but I got a bit carried away ...  ... and ended up creating a system more suited for an RPG or a more complex Skermish type game.

I was thinking of useing a set of rules called 'Attack' that appeared in WD long long ago and was based on the Citadel Combat Cards stats (which are easy to convert from WH 3rd) - however my monumental WD collection is currenlty in storage due to lack of room where I'm living ... so thats out until I move to a (hopefully) larger place ... and I don't know when that will happen

so any other ideas for what rules to use?

I might have a stab at writing something tomorrow, if I'm not to busy sleeping or shooting people on the internet or reading the new Twilight 2013 rules :D

Well, there are the old "Hordes of the Things"-rules.

But I'm not sure how available they are anymore.

Doesn't get much simpler than that though.

I think I found HotT for free download somewhere, another rules set I considered was 'Follow Me Men'  which I know is free for download
